Two Options in 2007 for Signing Up for Janesville Youth Baseball

You can now sign up your child for Janesville Youth Baseball one of two ways:

1 – You can mail in your completed application along with your player
fees. This must be received by Friday, March 9 or

2 – You can sign up at the Sign Up Night at the Craig High School
cafeteria on Thursday, March 15,

If you chose the 1st option, your child’s player fee MUST accompany the application. Please also see the page included in this packet regarding the Candy & Win-Win Card Sale “buy out” option.

If you chose to use the mail in option for signing up:
1 – Make your check payable to Janesville Youth Baseball or JYB.
2 – Complete your application and also complete the Candy / Win-Win Card “buy out” option form (if you chose to use it.)
3 – Send your application and fees to:

2007 Player Fees (Required):
1 Child playing in the Janesville Youth Baseball program = $100
2 Children from the same family in the JYB program = $95 each
3 or more children from the same family in the JYB program = $85 each

Candy Sale & Win-Win Card Sale Buy Out (Optional) = $75 each

Parents – Please be careful to insure that upon deposit, the checks you write to Janesville Youth Baseball will NOT be returned by our bank to us. In recent years we have been receiving far too many returned checks for “Non-Sufficient Funds” & “Account Closed.” Thank you for your continued support of JYB.
